Maelea Galyon, a self described extrovert, talks about social isolation and interacting online during the coronavirus shutdown.

Maelea is a leadership consultant at Turn It Up Consulting and offers an online course called "Collaborative Leadership – The 5 Superpowers for Success".

She points to PAUSE (one of the superpowers) as a coping tool for the stress and anxiety brought on by the pandemic. She offers hints on using Send Out Cards card sending app as one way to personally connect with people.
